Clinical observation of "Gongwaiyun DecoctionIIModified" in treating endometriosis dysmenorrhea of qi-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome

Objective:To assess the clinical effect of Gongwaiyun DecoctionⅡModified in the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea of qi-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome.Methods:The elected patients were randomly divided as treatment group and control group,there are 25 patients in each group,the treatment group was treated with Gongwaiyun DecoctionⅡModified ,while the control group was treated with Danazol Capsule ,Results:The total effective rate of treatment group is 88%,and the control group is 72%,the comparation of curative effect between two group has significance in statistics (P0.05); as to the scores of dysmenorrhea degree about difference of before and after treatment between two groups,the treatment group is 10.32±1.16,,and the control group is 6.34±2.45 ,the comparation of curative effect between two groups has significant difference (P0.01).Conclusion:Gongwaiyun DecoctionⅡModified has extremely effective in the treatment of endometriosis Dysmenorrhea,and it is worth to spread.
