Abstract

Objective To analyze the level of peripheral blood tumor markers in the adenomyosis patients with different manifestations of dysmenorrhea,to evaluate the clinical significance of tumor markers detection. Methods Make a retrospective analysis of clinical data for 85 dysmenorrhea patients of my hospital from March 2010 to September 2012. According to the degree of dysmenorrhea and dysmenorrhea duration, all patients were grouped three groups: severe dysmenorrhea group, mild dysmenorrhea group,no dysmenorrhea group,to detecte the level of CA125,CA199,CEA in them. Results The difference of the level of CA125,CA199,CEA for severe dysmenorrhea group, mild dysmenorrhea group,no dysmenorrheahad group were statistical significance. The order from high to low, according to the level of CA125,CA199,CEA,was severe dysmenorrhea group, mild dysmenorrhea group and no dysmenorrhea group( all P 0. 05). Conclusion The degree of dysmenorrhea and dysmenorrhea duration of adenomyosis patients is closely related to the expression levels of tumor markers in peripheral blood. The continuous and dynamic detection of tumor marker levels has an important clinical significance.
