Abstract 7 November 2025: The published version of this preprint was retracted from *Journal of Eating Disorders* in December 2022. The retraction notice can be found [here](https://doi.org/10.1186/s40337-022-00716-5). Research Square has retracted and removed this preprint as the authors indicated patient itentifiers as the reason for the journal retraction.
