Abstract
Endometriosis is an estrogen-dependent chronic inflammatory condition afflicted reproductive-aged women and the pathological mechanism remains to be elucidated. Nicotinamide N‑methyltransferase (NNMT) is an essential enzyme regulating cellular metabolism and methylation. The aim of current study was to explore the role of NNMT in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
