Abstract
Objective:To analyze the factors correlated to the pregnancy rate of the endometriosis patients combined with infertility after laparoscopic surgeries. Methods:A total of 80patients with endometriosis-related infertility who received laparoscopic surgeries in our hospital from December of 2010to December of 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results:The overall post-operative pregnancy rate was 55.2%.Secondary infertile patients had a higher pregnancy rate than the primary infertile patients.Patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ endometriosis and infertility patients had a higher pregnancy rate than those with stageⅢ-Ⅳ.Patients with simple ovarian endometrioma had higher pregnancy rate than those combined with other endometrioma or only with simple peritoneal endometriosis.Endometriosis-related infertile patients performed post-operative GnRH-a treatment had higher pregnancy rate than those with no medication treatment(P0.01,P0.05).Conclusion: Pregnancy rate of the endometriosis-related infertility can be improved by laparoscopic surgery. Tubal patency, endometriosis staging, the parts of endometriosis and postoperative medication treatment are the related factors affecting pregnancy rate after laparoscope in infertile patients with endometriosis.
