Abstract In order to optimize the dissemination effect of traditional Chinese culture in South Korea, this paper studies the propagation path of traditional Chinese culture in South Korea based on artificial intelligence technology, and proposes a method for external dissemination of traditional Chinese culture based on artificial intelligence technology. This method takes the network path of culture spreading to Korea as the research core, uses a cultural resource reduction method based on Manhattan distance, reduces traditional cultural resources in the network propagation path, and optimizes the setting of support vector machine parameters through improved Sparrow algorithm to extract excellent traditional cultural resources in a classified manner; A communication model based on the recommendation of excellent traditional cultural resources is used to recommend excellent traditional culture of interest to Korean users in the form of excellent cultural resources recommendation, and optimize the dissemination effect of Chinese traditional culture in Korea. After testing, this method can improve the proportion of excellent resources in the dissemination of traditional Chinese cultural resources in South Korea, and optimize the dissemination effect of traditional culture in South Korea.
