Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-a in treatment of en dometriosis.Methods The 60 cases of endometriosis patients treated in our hospital set up as the object of observa tion,were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases each.Two groups of patients un derwent laparoscopic surgery,observation group at the same time 1 to 3 days after I GnRH-a 3.6 mg subcutaneous injection every 4 weeks treatment,once every 3 to 6 months.the efficacy of surgery,were compared between the two groups and patients were followed up for 3 years,postoperative pregnancy rate.Results The observation group and control group patients after treatment achieved good effect,to compare the two groups of patients with significant efficiency and total efficiency,the difference was statistically significant(χ2 = 6.237,5.217).Observation group,12 cases of endometriosis with infertility patients after treatment pregnancy rate of 83.3%,significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2 = 4.786,P 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-a rn treatment of endometriosis,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve the pregnancy rate of infertility patients,worthy of clinical application.
