Abstract
Fragestellung: Die möglichst vollständige Entfernung aller sichtbaren Endometrioseherde mit nachfolgender hormoneller Behandlung ist als Standardtherapie der Endometriose anerkannt. Inwieweit endoskopische Operationen der tief infiltrierenden Endometriose möglich und effektiv sind, wird kontrovers beurteilt.
