Clinical study of infertile women with endometriosis treated with intrauterine insemination

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of intrauterine insemination(IUI) to treat infertile women with endometriosis. Methods 50 cases infertile patients of endometriosis were divided into two group randomly, 30 cases were treatment as IUI group, 20 cases treatment as control group, and compared the pregnant rate and recurrence rate after treatment. Results Pregnancy rate and recurrence rat of IUI group (46.7% and 6.3%) were higher than that in control group (15.0% and 23.5%), the difference were significantly (P0.05). Conclusion Combined with intrauterine insemination after laparoscopic surgery is one of the effective treatment for endometriosis related infertility, which can proved more pregnancy chance and not increase the recur risk. It is one of the effective ways for treatment infertile women with endometriosis.
