Sanjie Analgesic Capsule Therapy for Endometriosis a Clinical Researeh

Objective:This study is intended to examine the clinical evidence on effectiveness of Sanjie analgesic capsule treatment for endometriosis,with mifepristone tablets as a control.Methods:The patients were assigned randomly to Sanjie analgesic capsule or mifepristone group.The tota1 effective ratios of each group were observed.We also compare the two groups of pain scores.Results:The total effcetive rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90.3% and 80.6%,the cure rate were 16.1% and 9.7%,There was no signifieant differenee between the two group(P0.05).Sanjie analgesic indicated a significantly improved pain scores compared with control(P0.01).Conclusions:Sanjie analgesic capsule are effective drugs for curing endometriosis and can improve pain scores.
