Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endometriotic cystectomy under laparoscopy combined with GnRHa and its influence on ovarian function. Methods Sixty patients with endometriotic cyst were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with simply laparoscopic cyst excision, while the patients in the observation group were treated additional GnRHa. The therapeutic efficacies and differences in postoperative serum estradiol(E2) and antral basis follicle count(AFC) between the two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, there were statistically significant differences in the rates of total effect, dysmenorrheal relief and recurrence between the observation group and the control group(93.33% vs 73.33%,80.00% vs 53.33%, and 3.33% vs 20.00% respectively, P0.05). There was no statistical difference in the change of AFC between the two groups(P0.05). After treatment, E2 in serum significantly decreased, which in the observation group was statistically significantly lower than that in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRHa treatment in ovarian chocolate cysts can significantly improve the clinical outcome and reduce the recurrence rate, with no obvious damage on ovarian function.
