The analysis of the dynamics urovaginal disorders in women of late reproductive age with low ovarian reserve with compensation of estrogen deficiency was held. It is established that estrogen deficiency in reproductive age is a risk factor for development of the urovaginal disorders and urinary incontinence. Compensation of estrogen deficiency by the use of COCs, fitness pelvic floor muscles, behavioral therapy, normalization of weight is a measure to prevent urinary incontinence in women of reproductive age with low ovarian reserve.
