Correlation Study on VEGF Expression and Clinical Diagnosis of Endometriosis and R-AFS Stage

Objective: Endometriosis correlation of VEGF levels and stages of endometriosis, and provide reference for clinical diagnosis. Methods: Hospital gynecological laparoscopic surgery and pathology confirmed endometriosis 36 patients, Elisa assay using serum and peritoneal fluid VEGF levels, different R-AFS for statistical analysis phases. Results: R-AFS serum VEGF levels in different phases, and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05); different stages of different R-AFS VEGF levels in peritoneal fluid, and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05); R-AFS staging of patients with serum VEGF levels in peritoneal fluid and a positive correlation was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion: These results further confirmed the important role of VEGF in endometriosis in, and because of its significant correlation with the degree of the disease, can be used as VEGF endometriosis staging and diagnosis is based on the efficacy of the judgment monitoring indicators.
