Abstract

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of using uteroscope in combination with laparoscope to diagnose and cure the female infertility.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 120 cases of infertile women undergoing uteroscope in combination with laparoscope.Results:The rate of chronicity salpingitis was 38.33%in the 120 female infertility,the cavitas pelvis conglutination was 29.17%,the endometriosis was 16.67%,the rate of pathological changes inside uterus was 10%.Recannalization rate after uteroscope and laparoscope was 70.64%,the pregnant rate of 120 female infertility was 54.16%.Conclusion:To use uteroscope and laparoscope to diagnose and cure the female infertility is very useful.It is the first-line therapy of female infertility.
