Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of Goserelin combined surgery with laparoscopic on patients with moderate or servere endometriosis.Methods:88 cases of patients with endometriosis were divided into two groups:Goserelin treated group (n=48) and control group (n=40), patients in Goserelin group treated with goserelin (3.6mg/4w) before operation, patients in control group treated with nothing before operation. All patients were followed up after 3 to 9 months, effective rate and recurrence rate in the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The effective rate in Goserelin group was 95.7%, while the effective rate in control group was 78.9%, The effective rate between the two groups were significantly different (P0.05); After 9 months, the recurrence rate in Goserelin group (10.6%)was lower than those in control group(28.9%), the recurrence rate between the two groups were significantly different (P0.05).Conclusion:Application of Goserelin combined surgery with laparoscopic had postive effects on patients with moderate or servere endometriosis, could lower operation time and bleeding during operation, and reduced the recurrence rate and side effect for helping post-operative recovery.
