The Clinical Effect Observation on Mifepristone Used in 123 Cases of Patients with Endometrioses

Objective To explore the curative effect of mifepristone used in endometrioses.Methods 13 cases of patients with endometrioses were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 63) and control group (n =60).Both groups were given surgery treatment,and experimental group were added to mifepristone therapy after surgery treatment.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 95.2%,the cure rate was 84.1%,and the data in control group was 56.7% and 43.3%,the clinical effect of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group(P0.01).Conclusion Surgery combined with mifepristone used in endometrioses patients,can enhance surgery effect and reduce the relapse rate,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
