As a continuation of the study of bambusicolous fungi in South-West of China, we collected eight samples from Yunnan Province, China. Among these collections, we propose one novel species ( Bambusicola dehongensis ) belonging to Bambusicolaceae, and one novel genus ( Neoparabambusicola gen. et. sp. nov.) and three novel species ( Neoparabambusicola dehongensis , Parabambusicola zhaotongensis and P. zhenxiongensis ) belonging to Parabambusicolaceae based on morphological comparisons and multi-gene analyses (ITS, LSU, SSU, and tef 1- α ). Full descriptions, illustrations, and phylogenetic analysis results are presented.
