Abstract
In this article, the method of providing services to users through synchronous and asynchronous service methods and its mathematical models are presented. Also, the amount of load falling on systems organized in a synchronous and asynchronous form and its probabilities of losses during the service provided by transparent loss, waiting and conditional loss methods are mentioned. And with the help of these methods, the effectiveness of the distance education system was considered. In this case, the system quality efficiency is calculated separately for the principles of expectation, conditional and transparent loss. In the calculations, the change in the load entering the system was made depending on the number of waiting places and the change in the waiting time. Also, the graphs of the calculation results are presented and the differences in their efficiency indicators are determined. At the same time, the purpose of using synchronous and asynchronous service methods is to reduce the load on the system and increase the number of users of the system, and it has been determined that the load in asynchronous systems is 2–3 times less than in synchronous systems.
