Study of Yiweian granule endometriosis

Objective It is to discuss the clinical curative e ff ect and its mechanism of Yiweian granule on endometriosis. Methods Endometriosis patients were divided into two groups at random. The treat ment group was treated with Yiweian granule while the control group was treated with tamoxifen. Clinical curative effects were observed in two groups. R esults Total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 9 3.3% an d 88.8% respectively. Pregnancy rates in them were 43.9% and 32.0%. Relapse rate in them were 9.9% and 17.6%. There was no difference between total effective ra tes in two groups. But the cure rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group. After long-term application of Yiweian granule, no toxic reaction and side effect was found and its regulating function on menstrua l disorder was found. Conclusion Yiweian granule can be regarded as preferred drugs for endometriosis.
