Analysis of 131 Case of Laparoscope Treatment for Infertility

Objective To study the value of laparoscope in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Method 131 patients were received laparoscope diagnosis,to make clear the cause of sterility and then select treatment.Result 131 patients were studied in this study,chronic salpingitis is 39.7%,52 out of 131,pelvic adhesion 32.8%,polycystic ovary syndrome 14.5%,endometriosis 13.0%.Conclusion Laparoscope is a accurate,complete method to evaluate the pelvic situation,and operate in the meantime.It is useful to diagnosis and treatment due to infertility.
