Abstract

Transportation is becoming one of the most crucial needs for people in the current world. Even if it has several requirements, vehicle theft is one of the major problems that people run across frequently. This paper ensures the safety and security of the person present in the vehicle or is driving the vehicle. It deals with a Fingerprint reader to read the fingerprint sample of the owner. If a person needs to access the vehicle, the fingerprint should match with that of stored in the database. Otherwise, the person can send an otp request to the owner. If the owner accepts the request, the vehicle gets started. Alcohol drinking by the driver is a common cause of accidents today. The alcohol sensor is used to determine whether the driver has consumed alcohol. The vehicle won't start if the driver is discovered to have consumed alcohol. IR sensor is used to notify the driver if owner exceeds the predefined minimum distance. Due to driving alone in situations that can include an emergency, drivers are frequently put in dangerous situations. If an emergency arises while a vehicle and driver are operating, specified contacts can be notified with the push of a button.
