Abstract

Dr. Onwubalili is Fellow, and Dr. Cho is Assistant Professor, Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women's Health, Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey–New Jersey Medical School, 185 South Orange Avenue, MSB E-506, Newark, NJ 07101; E-mail: [email protected]. The authors have disclosed that they have no significant relationships with or financial interests in any commercial organizations pertaining to this educational activity. The authors also have disclosed that the use of aromatase inhibitors for treatment of diseases and/or conditions in clinical gynecology as discussed in this article has not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. All staff in a position to control the content of this CME activity have disclosed that they have no financial relationships with, or financial interests in, any commercial companies pertaining to this educational activity. Lippincott CME Institute, Inc., has identified and resolved all faculty and staff conflicts of interest in any commercial organizations pertaining to this educational activity.
