Abstract
Abstract In the context of quantum software development, DevOps for quantum software development for quantum software development emerges as a crucial set of collaborative practices geared towards automating the seamless delivery of software updates, all while reducing development cycles and ensuring high-quality products. Yet, the integration of development and operational teams poses unique challenges, demanding the amalgamation of diverse processes, tools, and skill sets. This study undertakes the task of crafting a taxonomy of quantum DevOps for quantum software development for quantum software development best practices using a multicriteria decision process. Through a systematic literature review, we identify and document these best practices, complemented by industry insights gathered via a questionnaire survey. Employing the fuzzy-AHP technique, we prioritize these practices to empower organizations to assess and enhance their quantum DevOps for quantum software development for quantum software development operations, paving the way for more efficient and quality-focused quantum software development.
