子宫内膜异位症（EM）瘤变23例分析

Abstract
目的探讨卵巢子宫内膜异位症（endometriosis，EM）瘤变的临床特点、超声图像特征及预后。方法回顾性分析23例卵巢EM瘤变的临床、超声及病理资料，随访其预后。结果卵巢EM恶变的高危因素有年龄〉45岁，特别是绝经后女性，异常阴道流血、腹痛性质改变，超声提示包块短期内迅速增大、囊肿直径〉8cm、囊壁见乳头或血流丰富。随访Ⅰ期患者16例均未见复发；Ⅲ～Ⅳ期患者3例均死亡。结论联合病史和经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查是早发现卵巢EM恶变的有效方法。
