Abstract
Endometrial hyperplasia, especially against the background of the metabolic syndrome are tromboopasnosti state, especially in the appointment of hormone replacement therapy significantly increases the risk of thrombosis.Screening for thrombophilic states (genetic defects in the system of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis) helps to identify patients at risk and make appropriate adjustments in tactics such patients. The study involved 207 patients having had 10 different genetic defects in hemostasis and the data obtained allowed to approach the treatment of patients with new positions.In the presence of cardiovascular disease and, based on data and hemostasiogram agregatogrammy, patients with endometrial hyperplasia, in addition to hormonal therapy (triptorellin and/or dydrogesterone) administered dipyridamole, which has antiplatelet and vasodilatory action, reducing the ability of platelets to aggregate reduction the risk of thrombosis and improve the quality of life in our cohort of patients surveyed.
