Effect of Kangzheng Xiaoyi Granule on Analgesia and Immunity in Mice with Experimental Endometriosis

Objective: To observe the effect of Kangzheng Xiaoyi Granule on immunity and analgesia in mice with endometriosis. Methods: The effect of Kangzheng Xiaoyi Granule on immunoregulation and analgesia in mice was studied by transplantation of endometrium. Results: Kangzheng Xiaoyi Granule can increase the effect of nonspecific immunity in normal mice and has the effect of immunoregulation in mice with endometriosis. Kangzheng Xiaoyi Granule could significantly reduce the pain induced by acetic acid in normal mice and mice with endometriosis. Conclusion: Kangzheng Xiaoyi Granule has obvious effects on supplementing the vital energy and warming the kidney, dispersing blood stasis and alleviating pain.
