Abstract

Objective To observe the curarive effect of levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system in the treatment of adenomyosis with dysmenorrhea. Methods 102 cases from January 2014 to May 2012 were selected for this study Patients with dysmenorrhea in patients with uterine disease as the object, which will be randomly. The traditional medication group were pregnant three ketene intervention, patients in the interven Treatment 1 years, 3 years, compared with two groups of uterine volume, endometrial thickness and dysmenorrhea score. Results The data were statistically analyzed by test, the intervention group was 1 year aand three years after the intervention and 3 years, the endometrial thickness and dysmenorrhea scores were superior to the conventional treatment grou. Difference was statistically signifi cant(P0.05). Conclusion Levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system in the treatment.of.adenomyosis.with.dysme. Can promote the uterine volume and endometrial thickness to resume normal, reduce the symptoms.of And the effect is lasting, it is worth promoting.
