Abstract
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of CA125,CA19-9 in serum for leiomyoma and adenomyosis. Methods 49 cases of adenomyos(group A)and 32 cases with leiomyoma(group B)were measured with immunoradiologic method.Cancer antigen 125(CA125),canbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9).Results The level of CA125 in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P0.01).The positive rate of CA125 in group A was 79.59%,the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predivtive value of CA125,in group A was 76.5%,93.4%,92.1%,78.3%,there was no statistically significant difference in the level of CA19-9 between 2 groups(P0.05).Conclusion The senum levels of CA125 significantly ascend in paients with adenomyosis.CA125 may be a better predicting marker for clinical diagnosis of adenomyosis.
