Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of Yiweining on interleukin-6mRNA(IL-6 mRNA)in experimental rats with endometriosis(EM).Methods In situ hybridization was used to detect the level of IL-6 mRNA of rats in every group.Results The expression of IL-6 mRNA was higher in EM group than that in normal group.The positive expression of EM IL-6 mRNA in Yiweining of high dose group presented significant difference compared with model control group(P0.01).Conclusion The experiment indicates that Yinweining down-regulates the positive expression of EM IL-6 mRNA,which provides a theoretic evidence and experimental basis on the clinical application of Yinweining in treatment of endometriosis.
