The given research is devoted to the dynamic of markers metabolic syndrome by women at different ages who were operated in conjunction with gastroenterological diseases. It was shown that surgical stress in the circumstances of the misbalanced hormonal background influences the series of metabolic indexes in state when dyspepsia and pain are not the limiting factors of food behavior any longer. It was found out that the patients at the reproductive age the complex operation directed on the normalization of the hormonal background and included some elements of functional surgery on the organ of pelvic minor was able more effective than pharmacological means influence system metabolic processes.
