Abstract

Objective To investigate the diagnostic values of CA125 and CA19-9 in the serum for endometriosis and adenomyosis. Methods CA125 and CA19-9 were measured by using the magnetic separated enzyme linked immunosorbent assay respectively in 32 endomtriosis,17 adenomyosis and 27 healthy women. Results the measure sesult and positive rate of CA125 for endometriosis, adennomyosis and controls are are 45.8±22.5、46.9%;35.5±18.2、41.2%;9.2±8.3、3.7%;The measure result and positive rate of CA19-9 for endometriosis adenomyosis and controls and 57.2±32.6、75.0%;43.1±37.5、35.3%;14.5±9.6、7.4%;There is significant difference between the measure result and positive rate of CA125 for the experiment groups and controls(P0.05).Also is the CA19-9(P0.05).The sensitivity and speciality of CA19-9 for endometriosis are 75.0% and 92.6%,the sensitivity and speciality of CA125 for endometriosis are 46.9%及77.8%.The sensitivity and speciality of the CA125 and CA19-9 for endometriosis are 81.3% and 78.7%.Thre is significant difference between the sensitivity of the CA19-9 and CA 125 and the sensitivity of each of them. Conclusion Monitoring the CA125 and CA19-9 in serum can raise the sensitivity of diagnosis for endometriosis. The main diagnosis for adenomyosis is CA125.
