Abstract
Objective: To investigate the variation of interleukin in peritoneal fluid and serum of patients with endometriosis(EM)-related infertility. Methods: The levels of IL-1y (ELISA). Results: The levels of IL-1Significant parallel relationship was found between the stages of endometriosis and the levels of IL-1Conclusion: It is likely that elevation of serum and peritoneal fluid cytokines levels may play a role in the pathogenesis of infertility associated with EM.
