Parietal endometriosis : An exceptional location

The parietal endometriosis is an uncommon clinicopathological variety, its pathophysiology remains unknown. It usually occurs after pelvic surgery. Histological study objectified diagnosis of endometriosis of the wall. The postoperative course was simple with a decline of 16 months without recurrence.
