Abstract

Objective:To establish highly purified cultures of epithelial and stromal of endometrium in vitro Methods: thirty six samples of eutopic endometrial tissues and nineteen samples of ectopic endometrium were separated by filter and centrifugation method The cells were detected through micoscopy and immunohistochemical experiments Results: The success cultured rate of endometrium and endometriotic of filter isolated method were 61 1% and 30%, respectively And that of centrifugation method were 88 3% and 77 8%, respectively The survival periods of epithelial cells were shorter than stromal cells Conclusion: It is conclude that highly purified epithelial and stromal cells cultured from normal endometrial and endometriotic tissues were obtained by filter and centrifugation isolated cell culture, but filter isolated method is better than centrifugation method The cellular model will be useful for us to investigate the factors that might influence or promote the degree of invasiveness of endometriotic cells and contribute to its pathogenesis
