Abstract

Abstract Internet economy has revolutionized people's lives, and this has led to a major paradigm shift in society, especially in the post-pandemic context. Knowledge areas such as cybersecurity, e-commerce, economic intelligence management, and digital resilience have not been reviewed as a unit so far. Thus, the study aims to demonstrate and promote the interconnection of these four research areas. The authors performed an analysis of 18,684 papers from Web of Sciences that generated four visualized networks, analysed with the metrics mean silhouette, modularity, betweenness centrality, and citation bursts. The mapping process generated results that show that human factor represents the central junction, and the adoption of the e-commerce and mobile commerce are two challenging research lines in the global economic resilience. Moreover, technological change and intelligent operations enabled with big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and even blockchain technology can strengthen the resilience in the post-pandemic context.
