Abstract
During the period 1997 2007 in Ryazan regional hospital 27 patients suffered from rectal endometriosis were operated by laparoscopic technic. In 18 patients endometrioid center was removed without opening of rectal lumen, in 6 anterior resection of the rectum was done. There were no lethal ends and no early postoperative complications
