Abstract
Black tongue is a rare, benign, self-limiting disorder caused by certain conditions and some medications. We report a case of a woman diagnosed with black tongue associated with azithromycin use. Black tongue after antibiotics were seldom seen in the current era and Health care professionals should be aware of it.
