Abstract

Objective: To study the influence of mirena treatment on uterine blood flow dynamics and \nserum related indexes of patients with uterine adenomyosis. Methods: A total of 58 patients \nwith uterine adenomyosis who were treated in our hospital during the time from June 2014 to \nJuly 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, 29 patients in the control group were treated \nwith danazol, and 29 patients in the observation group were treated with mirena. Then the \ntotal effective rate, adverse reaction rates, uterine blood flow dynamics indexes, serum MMP \nrelated indexes and other disease related indexes of the two groups before the treatment and \nat first, third and sixth month after the treatment were compared. Results: The total effective \nrate and adverse reaction rate of observation group were both worse than that of control group \n(all P<0.05). The uterine blood flow dynamics indexes, serum MMP related indexes and \nother disease related indexes of the two groups before the treatment all showed no significant \ndifferences (all P>0.05). While the uterine blood flow dynamics indexes of the observation \ngroup at different time after the treatment were all significantly better than those of control \ngroup (all P<0.05). Conclusions: Mirena treatment can effectively improve the uterine blood \nflow dynamics and serum related indexes of patients with uterine adenomyosis, and it has \napplication value for the patients with uterine adenomyosis is higher.
