There is no any study that represent association of a Cardiac Angiosarcoma and Poland’s Syndrome. 24-year-old female patient previously diagnosed with Poland’s Syndrome admitted to our clinic with complaint of dyspnea. Diagnostic imaging reveals an irregular mass in the right atrium cavity. After succesful surgery, she was discharged uneventfully and 3rd month oncologic follow-up reveals none of residual mass.As a Cardiac Surgery Department, such a coexistence has not been diagnosed and managed before. We aimed to contribute to the literature with this presentation, for right and early diagnosis and management of possible new cases on the future.
