Abstract

The patient who had normal labour with mediolateral episiotomy two years ago, had presented with complaint of pain and swelling at the episiotomy scar site. On physical examination, on the scar line with 1 x 1-cmentimeter diameter and 1,5 cm deep nodular, semi-mobile and semisolid mass was observed. The mass was surgically excised. Pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of endometriosis. Scar endometriosis is a rare condition after vaginal delivery, however sin t he patients with the mass and pain in perineal region, this condition in the differential diagnosis differential diognosis.
