Application of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility

Objective:To evaluate the value of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods:One hundred and nine patients with infertility were diagnosed and treated by hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.Results:The major reasons of infertility were pelvic adhesion,the obstruction of fallopian and endometriosis of pelvis.After operations,the rate of pregnancy was about 47.6% in 82 patients followed up.Conclusions:Under hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy,the reasons of infertility can be diagnosed,and by which patients can be cured.The operation is safe and effective with less trauma and complications and it has important clinical value.
