Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnosis,prevention and treatment of abdominal incision endometriosis after cesarean section.Methods Retrospective analysed the clinical data of 13 cases with abdominal wall incision that diagnosed by surgery and pathology confirmed endometriosis in our hospital.Results Abdominal wall endometriosis had a clear history of cesarean section and the more typical clinical manifestations,pathological examination could be diagnosed;13 patients were one-time surgical tumor resection,and postoperative incision wasⅠhealing.Pathological examination revealed ectopic endometrial glands and stroma,glands well differentiated;follow-up for 6 months to 5 years,no one cases of recurrence and malignant transformation.Conclusion Surgical resection is the only effective treatment,the surgery should as soon as possible,extent of resection should be sufficient;Surgery abdominal incisions to avoid the protection of endometrial planting is the prevention key.
