Abstract
Extrapelvic endometriosis is the presence of endometrialtissue distant of the uterus. The diagnosis is delay because itsprevalence is unknown and the clinic signs have many variations.Clinic suspicion is fundamental and is based in cyclic symptomsassociated with the menstrual period. Three clinic cases, one inthe cesarean scar, and two in the episiotomy scar and a review ofEnglish and Spanish publications in Medline, Proquest and Ovid are present
