Abstract

In recent days, we have a big debate about who needs the COVID-19 vaccine among different sectors and social groups. We try to evaluate the precise amount of COVID-19 vaccines according to a new formula. This unique formula implies considering other variables with its parameters to measure the country's optimum COVID-19 vaccine volume. Therefore, this research aims to find the best indicator for the prompt implementation of a successful COVID-19 vaccination anywhere. Using the Optimum COVID-19 Vaccination Coverage Index (OCVC-Index), we can efficiently evaluate the best solution to help crucial niches with high risk to catch up with COVID-19 anytime. Finally, we applied the OCVC-Index to U.S., Japan, Malaysia, Guatemala, and Chile, respectively.
