P_(450) 1A1 gene polymorphism and cervical cancer I leVal Correlation

Objective ⅠleVal of P450 1A1 gene polymorphism and the relationship between endometrial carcinoma.Methods Detected by PCR-RFLP of 32 cases of cervical cancer patients and 114 controls were ⅠleVal P450 1A1 gene polymorphism.Results The control group and observation group CYPlAl gene polymorphism ⅠleVal wild type and mutant heterozygous genotype frequencies were 42.5%,39.2%,8.2% and 30.2%,44.5%,15.2% in the observation group type and mutant heterozygous genotype frequency was significantly higher,but the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).Combined heterozygous and mutant and wild type compared to the observation group and control group was significantly(P0.05).Conclusion ⅠleVal P450 1A1 gene polymorphisms in the mutant allele could significantly increase the risk of endometrial cancer,while expression of different reflecting the different types of cervical cancer have different levels of female hormones,may be the pathogenesis of endometriosis mechanism to find a theoretical basis.
