Observation on clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of 120 cases with ovarian endometriosis

Objective:To research the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of 120 cases with ovarian endometriosis.Methods:The clinical data of 120 cases with ovarian endometriosis who underwent laparoscopic surgery were analyzed retrospectively;the operation time,amount of intraoperative bleeding and hospitalization time were analyzed.Results:110 cases finished laparoscopic surgery successfully,the operation time was 30 ～ 120 minutes,80 minutes on average;the amount of intraoperative bleeding was 10 ～ 40 ml,15 ml on average;the cases recovered rapidly after surgery.Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery has the advantages of little injury,quick recovery and definite curative effect in treatment of ovarian endometriosis.
