Abstract

Objective To study the effect of laparoscopy combined with drug therapy on endometriosis and its effect on the fertility of the patients. Methods Sixty-eight cases of endometriosis from March 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into the combined treatment group and the single operation group. The single operation group was treated by laparoscopic operation, and the combination therapy group was given gestrinone of the pregnant women on the basis of the single operation group. The effect of menstruation and ovulation recovery time and postoperative 1 year pregnancy success rate between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in combined treatment group was 91.18%, and that in the single operation group was 85.29%, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The recovery time of menstruation and ovulation were significantly less than those of single operation group, and the differences were significant (P< 0.05). The success rate of pregnancy after 1 year of combined treatment group was 26.47% (9/34), that of the single operation group was 5.88% (2/34), the difference was significant (P< 0.05). Conclusions Laparoscopic combined with drug in treatment of endometriosis patients has significant effect, it can effectively shorten the recovery time of menstruation and ovulation, increase the success rate of pregnancy, has a certain clinical value, it is worth promoting. Key words: Laparoscopy; Drug; Endometriosis; Reproductive function; Pregnancy success rate
