Abstract
Endometriosis is one of the common and significant diseases of the female genital system. The etiopathogenesis of the disease is not well understood. A rare form of the disease is bladder endometriosis, where overgrowth of endometrioid tissue occurs in the bladder wall. This localization is most characterized by hematuria, pain above the bosom, aggravated by urination and sexual intercourse. Treatment requires the involvement of a multidisciplinary team, including both conservative therapy and surgery. Purpose of the study. Systematic analysis and synthesis of current scientific data on pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnostic methods, therapeutic approaches in bladder endometriosis. Material and methods. Analysis of scientific articles published over the past 10 years with PubMed, eLibrary, Google Scholar on bladder endometriosis. Systematic search of publications by keywords: "endometriosis", "bladder endometriosis", "bladder", "endometriosis".
