THE CLINICAL APPLICATION OF THE LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY IN THE TREATMENT OF OVARIAN ENDOMETRIOTIC CYST

Objective:To determine the effect and feasibility of operative laparoscopy in the treatment of endometriotic cyst. Methods:Forty patients with endometriotic cyst were operated on with laparoscopy. Results:Thirty eight of them were treated by cystectomy and two by ecphyadectomy.At the same time,thirty patients with infertility were also treated by adhesion lysis and salpingoplasty. The pregnancy rate was 53.3%(16/30). Recurrence rate of pelvic endometriosis was 10%. Conclusion:The application of the laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometriotic cyst is effecitive and safe,especially for patients with infertility.
