Abstract
Objective:To understand the clinical efficacy of domestic leuprorelin acetate controlled release formulation for treatment of endometriosis. Methods:One hundred patients with endometriosis were treated with subcutaneous injection of domestic leuprorelin acetate microspheres(3.75 mg),once every 28 days, the course of treatment included 3-6 injections. The clinical signs, pregnancy outcomes, and adverse reactions of the patients before and after treatment were compared. Results:The effective rate of improvement of subjective symptoms among the patients within three months after menstruation recovery was more than 79%.There was no statistically significant difference in the obvious improvement rate and improvement rate of subjective symptoms between before and after menstruation recovery. After treatment, the uterine volumes of the patients decreased, and the levels of serum CA125 decreased.Among 15 patients having birth demand,3 patients got pregnancy successfully, the incidences of adverse reactions were lower than those reported by related literatures, which mainly showed as a series of manifestations of low estrogen level. Conclusion:Domestic leuprorelin acetate microspheres have the advantages of safety, reversibility, and rapid effect for treatment of endometriosis, compared with the curative effect of import GnRH-a,there was no statistically significant difference.
